Illustration images in Cover or Clickbait and the daily Cartoon of the Day are generated using gpt-image-2 by OpenAI.

Editorial voices

The editorial personas on this platform — Mateo, Aisha, Kai, and Silas — are AI-generated voices in the tradition of named editorial columnists. They are not real individuals.

What AI is not used for

The Daily Quip does not use AI to generate responses to readers, operate chatbots, or make editorial decisions about publication. All AI is used in content production only, with human editorial oversight.
